- How can I book?
You can book by phone, by mail and online.
Independent from the method you choose you will be asked for acredit card details as warranty. The hotel can check the validity.
- What if I cancel my reservation?
Our cancellation policy is the following: no additional charges for cancellations up to 48 hours prior arrival and the cost of the first night for late cancellations or no-shows.
- How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card or cash. We are sorry, we don’t accept cheques (checks)
- Do you have a parking space?
No, we don’t. You can park in a garage nearby at euro 26,00, valet service and entrance to ZTL included. (from 7:00am to 2:00am)
- Are pets allowed?
Generally animals are welcome. If your pet is a special one, better ask before.

- Do you have room for disabled people ?
Unfortunately though we have one room equipped for disabled people (according to Italian law), the elevator to access to the hotel it’s too narrow for wheel-chairs. We apologize.
- At what time do I have to check in/out?
Check in is from 14pm, check out is within 11 am.
- At what time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
- What can I have for breakfast?
We provide warm and cold drinks (milk, coffee, tea, chocolate, orange juice),
croissants, corn flakes, bread, butter, jam, honey,cheese, ham and salami, yogurt
- what if I suffer from intolerance or allergies?
Feel free to ask us, we’ll try to help you.
- How I can enter the historical centre and get to the hotel?
Enter freely, but provide your car plate number at the front desk, right arrived at the hotel. We will comunicate it at the local police station; this allow you to stay just to load and unload your luggage.
